1. Processing Times

• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

• You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another email when your order has shipped.

• During high-volume periods (sales) processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

• Order weight and size

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.
Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after the label is created.

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping details before placing an order.
Americgo is not responsible for:

• Delays

• Lost packages

• Failed deliveries
  caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses entered during checkout.

6. Delivery Issues

Once a package is transferred to the carrier, Americgo is no longer responsible for delays caused by:

• With neighbors or household members

• With your local post office

If still missing, contact us and we will assist you.

7. Order Delays

While shipping times are usually accurate, occasional delays may occur.
Please allow up to 15 business days for Standard Shipping orders before requesting additional support.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, contact us within 3 days of delivery or expected delivery so we can help resolve the issue.

9. Return Shipping

Returns follow our Return & Refund Policy.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
